At Earnest Learning, we aim to provide transparent and fair policies regarding course enrollment, cancellations, and refunds for all students.

Course Cancellation by Student

Students may request to cancel their enrollment by contacting us in writing via email or official communication channels. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the course start date to be eligible for a refund consideration.

Once a course has started, no full refunds will be issued. Partial refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of management.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

• - Course cancellation requested before the start date
• - Duplicate payment or billing error
• - Failure to deliver the scheduled course by Earnest Learning

All eligible refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in cases where:

• - The student has already attended classes (fully or partially)
• - Missed classes due to personal reasons, schedule conflicts, or lack of attendance
• - Digital materials or resources have been accessed
• - Promotional or discounted courses marked as non-refundable

Course Rescheduling

Students may request to reschedule their course intake, subject to availability. Approval of rescheduling requests is not guaranteed and will depend on program capacity.

Cancellation by Earnest Learning

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will be offered either a full refund or an alternative schedule.
