These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Earnest Learning website, services, and enrollment in our professional training programs, as well as English and French language training. By accessing our website or registering for a course, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Earnest Learning is an educational centre and a language training institute based in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, providing professional training in addition to English and French language learning programs for academic, professional, and immigration-related goals.
By enrolling in our courses, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Enrollment is confirmed only after full or partial payment is received and acknowledged by Earnest Learning. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.
All course fees must be paid as per the selected program. Fees are non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Payment details and schedules will be communicated at the time of enrollment.
Students are expected to attend classes regularly and actively participate. Missed classes due to personal reasons will not be automatically rescheduled or refunded.
All learning materials, recordings, worksheets, and content provided by Earnest Learning are the intellectual property of Earnest Learning and are intended for personal use only. Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Some sessions may be recorded for educational quality, revision, or internal training purposes. By enrolling, you consent to such recordings.
Earnest Learning is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, or learning materials. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as exam scores or immigration approvals.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any course, schedule, or service at any time without prior notice.
